PVC double pipe production line is developed for high output of double pipe extrusion together.The machine with energy efficient conical twin-screw extruder and through special mould one-time extrusion two piece of PVC pipe,effective energy conservation,can improve the productionand efficiency,save land and labor costs.The diameter of the extruded pipe is from 16-63mm.Itcan fully use the extruding capacity of the extruder.

Machinery introduction:

The whole line is composed of conical twin screw extruder of 65mm,four cavities PVC pipeextrusion mold,four cavity cooling calibration tank,four station haul off and cutting macine,fourstation stacker.

Features:
The PVC Four Cavity Electrical Tube,water supply pipe extrusion production line can extrude fourpipes at same time on one production line.This line can save invested cost in factory building andproduction,which could increase the pipe output and reduce production period.
